Pumpkin Chocolate chip Cookies

2 cup shortening

4 cup sugar
1 29 oz can pumpkin puree
4 tsp vanilla extract
8 cups flour
1 tsp salt

4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups chocolate chips

* Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets.
* In medium bowl, cream the shortening and sugar. Stir in the pumpkin and vanilla.
* In separate bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. 
* Then stir in the chocolate chips. 
* Drop dough onto cookie sheets.
* Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven. 
* Allow cookies to cool for a minute on cookie sheets before transferring to wire cooling racks. 

CREAM CHEESE ICING 
1 8oz pkg cream cheese

½ cup butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Mix it all together….
Place on Cookie

this is So easy!!!

24 Oreo's crushed

1/4 cup butter/margarine

1.5 Quarts Icecream (or more (=)

2 bottles Magic Shell hard icecream topping

few crushed oreos or any topping of your choice

Mix oreos & butter then spread out in a 9x13 glass pan, then spread out icecream ontop, pour over magic shell then put on oreos or other topping.....
